Meet Our Leadership Team

Redeemer’s Forge Ministry was founded with a vision to create a Christ-centered space for individuals seeking spiritual growth and community connection. Our leadership team consists of passionate individuals who are dedicated to guiding others on their faith journeys. With a heart for mentorship and discipleship, we offer a nurturing environment for worship, community outreach initiatives, and spiritual growth workshops, empowering individuals to grow in their faith and live out their God-given purpose.

Josiah St. John

Josiah is a former CFL offensive lineman with a passion for mentorship. He earned a full-ride scholarship to the University of Oklahoma before being selected as the 1st overall pick in the 2016 CFL Draft by the Saskatchewan Roughriders. Josiah serves as a chaplain with Athletes in Action , supporting athletes' spiritual growth. He is dedicated to giving back to the community and collaborates with local organizations to create events that inspire and uplift others.

Max Polischuk

Max is a dedicated leader both on and off the field, currently playing for the University of Regina Rams. He has a strong passion for serving his community and living out his faith in Christ. Before joining the Rams, Max played Division I football at South Dakota State University, where he earned Scout Defense Player of the Year. He also attended Clearwater Academy International in Florida and graduated from Sheldon-Williams Collegiate in Regina. Max is committed to making a positive impact through mentorship, leadership, and his love for sports.

Zee St. John

Zee  is a passionate leader dedicated to both faith and athletics. She earned a full-ride scholarship to play Division I soccer at the University of Louisville, where she came to know the Lord through Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). As a former member of Canada’s Junior Women’s National Soccer Team, she also competed in the U-17 Women's World Cup. Zee has a deep heart for working with student-athletes, guiding them in their faith journeys. In addition to her mentorship work, she runs a Christian publishing company, creating resources that support believers at every stage of their walk with God and deepen their faith and grow in their understanding of the Word. 

Eden Wells

Eden Wells is a fourth-year Education student at the University of Regina and a member of the Cougars Women’s Basketball team. Raised in a Christian home as a pastor’s kid, her faith was tested when she tore her ACL in her first year. Struggling with purpose, she found strength in the Lord during rehab.As a campus leader for Athletes in Action, Eden deepened her faith, allowing her to encourage teammates, co-workers, and young athletes. This past August, she learned an accidental fall had re-torn her ACL. Though facing another tough recovery, she chooses to trust in God’s plan, believing He is using this challenge as part of her story.

Noah B. McClanahan

Intern

Noah is in his final year at Eston College, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Christian Ministry. In high school, he played four years of football, one year of basketball, and competed as a provincially ranked sprinter. During the summers, Noah enjoyed helping others develop their sports skills, particularly in basketball. At Eston College, he continues his athletic journey on the recreational basketball team and stays active in the gym. Noah is passionate about helping others grow as athletes and in their relationship with Christ.

Joel Nielsen

Intern

Joel is in his final year at Eston College, where he played basketball at the post-secondary level. Growing up, he was involved in baseball, volleyball, and basketball, developing a deep love for sports and teamwork. His passion for ministry stems from the impact of coaches and youth pastors who invested in his life, shaping him into who he is today. Joel is committed to paying that investment forward, encouraging and equipping the next generation to grow both as athletes and in their faith.
